IfLooksCouldKill Social: Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
About these terms. These terms cover use of IfLooksCouldKill Social (“the App”), run by If Looks Could Kill Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 06557792, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX (“IfLooksCouldKill”, “we”). By connecting an account or logging in, you agree to them. If you use the App for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
Who can use it. The App is provided to IfLooksCouldKill and to businesses that have an agreement with us (“Clients”), and to people those Clients authorise. It is not offered to the general public. Your agreement with us (proposal, statement of work or support agreement) takes priority over these terms if they conflict.
Connecting accounts. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for your accounts and for complying with each platform’s terms (including the Meta Platform Terms, LinkedIn User Agreement, TikTok Terms of Service, Pinterest Terms of Service and YouTube Terms of Service).
Approval before publishing. Nothing is published without approval by an authorised approver for that account. Once you approve a post, you are confirming you have the rights to its text, images, video and music, and that it is accurate and lawful. We may refuse to publish content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or in breach of a platform’s rules.
Your content. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, adapt (for example resize or format) and publish it to the accounts you choose, only to provide the App.
Availability. We aim to publish at the scheduled time but cannot guarantee it. Platforms can change or withdraw their APIs, limit posting, or reject content, and we are not responsible for their decisions. If a post fails, the App records the failure and we will tell you.
Acceptable use. Do not use the App to send spam, mislead people, impersonate anyone, infringe anyone’s rights, or try to get around a platform’s limits or security.
Data protection. Our Privacy Policy at https://iflookscouldkill.co.uk/privacy-social explains how we handle data. Where we process personal data for a Client, we do so as that Client’s processor under our agreement.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a platform’s actions, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the App in that period (or GBP 100 if no separate fee applies).
Ending use. You can stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a platform requires it, or if the Client agreement ends. On ending, we delete data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Significant changes will be emailed to Clients.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
