We’ve worked closely with Kerr’s of Edinburgh to overhaul their website and strengthen their identity across digital and print. As the family-run firm celebrates 50 years in business, our shared goal has been to increase visibility, improve user experience and drive meaningful enquiries — all while staying true to their legacy of professionalism, care and local trust.

With the business evolving, we were asked to create a more flexible, future-proof online experience — one that reflected their reputation and supported new growth.

A website built for flexibility, clarity and conversion.

The new site is powered by WordPress and designed around a modular block system, giving the Kerr’s team full control over content and layout. From blog posts and FAQs to banners, callouts and contact blocks, every section can be tailored to fit the story of the page. Alongside the design and development, we supported the team with SEO strategy, content creation and custom interactive tools — including a fully integrated estimator to help users calculate space needs for removals, storage or disposal.

We began with a full brand audit, aligning the Kerr’s visual identity across print and screen. From there, we created a digital design system tailored to their content and customer needs — balancing bold, mobile-first layouts with warm, expert copy. To support the rollout, we produced a suite of branded marketing materials and helped shape a new content strategy that included testimonials, FAQs, and service landing pages.

We also art directed new photo and video assets to use throughout the site — creating space for storytelling and customer trust at every stage.
